A few helpful details.
Does it support my Samsung phone or tablet?
Samsung Sync is designed for Samsung Android phones and tablets, including Wi-Fi-only tablets. It checks the device's available USB storage capabilities rather than requiring a particular model. Use a USB data cable, unlock the device, select File transfer and allow phone data access. No USB debugging is needed for ordinary file transfer.
What is included from WhatsApp and Telegram?
Locally stored photos and videos exposed in shared USB storage are included. Private app caches, cloud-only items, chat databases, Secure Folder and work profiles are outside its scope. Removing a local attachment may make it unavailable in the original chat. This is a media archive, not a chat backup.
When are originals removed?
One-click move copies and verifies the discovered media, then permanently removes verified originals. Selective mode lets you copy and keep, archive and review removal, or leave an item on the device. Deletion is permanent and does not use Samsung's recycle bin. Check the archive and report before relying on a cleaned device.
What happens after the trial?
The trial runs for seven full days after email verification. No card is requested and no charge happens automatically. Choose a paid plan to keep using device media features. Existing local archive files remain accessible. One subscription activates one PC; you can explicitly transfer activation to another PC after verifying your email.
Does the app need an internet connection?
An internet connection is needed for activation, subscription management, updates and periodic account checks. A verified access pass can remain valid offline for up to 24 hours, clipped to your trial or subscription end. A transfer already running is allowed to finish safely.
What account information is processed?
We process your verified email, a generated installation identifier, trial dates, activation status and subscription references. Sign-in codes expire, sessions are protected on Windows and account requests use the installation's signature. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed. Stripe processes payment information. Your media stays on your PC; it is never sent to our licensing service.
